Apple’s new MagSafe charger and phone case have begun to reach some users earlier than expected, and pictures of these accessories have begun to appear on Twitter.
As of press time, some MagSafe protective cases can also be purchased in some Apple stores in the United States, Canada, and Germany.
MagSafe also brings a new ecosystem, including magnetic protective shells and accessories that can be attached to iPhone 12, including new silicone, leather and transparent shells, can be easily connected to the back of the iPhone, and a separate leather wallet accessory. Third-party accessories for Belkin and OtterBox have also been announced.
MagSafe will improve the charging experience of iPhone 12. The magnet routing and efficiency have been optimized. The technology still supports the existing Qi charging pad.
The picture shows that there is a ring containing MagSafe magnets inside the phone case and confirms that Apple’s new silicone protective case covers the bottom of the iPhone for the first time. The MagSafe charger also seems to be made of matt silver aluminum, which is different from the polished metal seen on Apple Watch charging trays.
